A Long Texas Day

With my day starting by leaving my house at 3:30 am -- you can say it has been a LONG day.  Right now I am vegging in my hotel room watching the Bachelor. (yes, I really know how to seize the day)

I started my day leaving Dulles and heading on my way to Texas.

While getting on the plane I was "randomly" selected to have my Vera Bradley backpack searched by the TSA.  Really?  I am all for national security but if a 5'4, 22 year old blonde carrying Vera Bradley a threat to national security -- than we need the Department of Defense infiltrating sorority rows all over this country!

Once I landed in Dallas, I ran off to work.  Unfortunately, I forget my hair straightener in Virginia therefore I was stuck straightening my hair in the Wal-Mart parking lot.  Ugh, it was horrible.

I drove all across north Texas, a place that I have never been before.  It was so pretty.

Tomorrow I have a late start, but get to spend the evening with my cousins in Houston!  Can not wait.

And don't forget tomorrow is Valentine's Day.  I'll surely be Missing Greg!  Don;t forget to share your love with the important people in your life!
