Actually, I think that I am the most un-pampered chef that you have ever me. So calling me a Chef is far from the right name for me. I have never taken a class in cooking or pastry making, in fact I studied Political Science and never made more than Ramen Noodles in College.
But now as a mature *cough* adult, I am trying to expand my meals that I can make beyond the Ramen Noodles of my college days.
Now I don't have a "state of the art kitchen" with every gadget in the book but every time I walk into my kitchen I put my heart and soul into making the best dish I can.
