Meet the Busy Girl
Hello and welcome to my little corner of the internet. My name is Ashley but you can call me the Busy Girl. I am your typical 20-something wife and mom-to-be who is trying to figure out this wife and mom thing while still trying to be her "awesome" self. First I would like to thank you for visiting my Blog and taking the time to read about my crazy beautiful life.
I am a Florida girl who moved up to D.C. after college for my love of politics and adventure. I left everything I knew, packed my bags and headed up to Washington, D.C. for an internship on Capitol Hill, determined to conquer the world.
Living in the the D.C. area I met the Urban Farmer and after a year and a half together he proposed! Then a year and a half later after much planning the Urban Farmer and I were married on May 17, 2014.
Then, as if the newly wed phase wasn't enough, the Urban Farmer and I moved to Virginia Beach for work and started our lives together here.
I have a successful carer in non-profit management/ politics and live in Virginia Beach with my wonderful husband, while I am pregnant with our first child due in March 2016. In my free time I like to ride my bike to the beach, go on adventures with my husband and friends in the Hampton Roads area, craft, sew and cook some delicious meals.
